- MAC ADDRESS is the address provided by the manufacturer during the manufacturing of a network adapter. (an example of the network adapter is " Router")
- It is a UNIQUE ADDRESS. Every network adapter has a unique number.
- EXAMPLE of a MAC ADDRESS is 00:01:15:27:89:56
- In the above example, the FIRST 3 bits (00:01:15) indicates the name of the manufacturer
- It is based on OSI LAYER 2

- STATIC IP ADDRESS is static/never changes. Static IP ADDRESS mostly used in research & data centers.

- IP ADDRESS is 2 types when it comes to number 1.IPV4 2.IPV6
- IPV4 is 32bit
- example of ipv4 is 12.54.367.23 (you can search on google what is my IPV4 to get the result)
- IPV6 is 128bit
- Example of IPV6 is 13:56:0:00:000:678:5te:0 (you can search on google what is my IPV6 to get the result)
- IP ADDRESS work as an online address of your device. If you search something on google then google will send the result to your IP ADDRESS.
- If there is no IP ADDRESS then that result will transfer to the other device instead of your device.
